Delivery start next week

Hello Adventurers,

The month of January is now over and delivery has not yet begun. Many delays have accumulated, from a transfer of warehouse to another. This is now over and the games will arrive on Wednesday 1st February at Philibert and the dispatch will be able to start. No worries to have, I just ask you a little bit of patience. I am once again sorry for all these delays but we are finally at the conclusion of this campaign.

Boujour les aventuriers,

Le mois de janvier est maintenant terminé et la livraison n'a pas encore commencé. De nombreux retard se sont accumulé, d'un transfer d'entrepot dans un autres. Cela est maintenant fini et les jeux arriveront mercredi 1er Février chez Philibert et le dispatch pourra ainsi commencer. Pas d'inquiétude à avoir, je vous demande juste encore un petit peu de patience. Je suis encore une fois navré de tous ces retards mais nous somme enfin à la conclusion de cette campagne.

Delivery news and gift for this new year

Hello Adventurers,

First, I want to wish you an happy new year : all the best for 2017.

I know we are late for the delivery for many reasons and I didn't have a lot of chance on this end of project. I'am very sorry for that.

We will proceed to the delivery during this month of January and we will add to the delivery an other little game to try to excuse me.

The game I add is a smart and fast card game. Wacky Challenge is a 2 to 7 players games where players play simultaneously.

shipping : not a good news

Hello Adventurers,

I've just received some news from the boat which transport our games. unfortunatelly it still have a long way to do for an unexpected reason.

I wait the boat like you but I think we'll be able to arrange the shipping only in december.

I'm very disappointed about that but it's only delay and because i have already received some games for the Essen fair last month I can confirm you that the production is perfect. Backers who picked-up the game in October can confirm that to you.

Hello Adventurers,  

some information about the production of your games Dragon Keeper - the dungeon. The minis are finished and productions of other elements are in progress. Assembling will start in the next few days, early in September.  

Pre-production samples was not enough pretty on some aspect of the board so we had had to find best manufacturing solution. Now, a good solution has been found but that cause some delays.  

Your copies will be available at Essen fair and the dispatching will start from this date and during November. It will be done by the experimented team of Philibert.  

I want to inform you also that we will procede to take the shipping fees you record on the pledge Manager. If your bank information have changed, thank you to update it as soon as is possible.

Bonjour les aventuriers,  

Voici quelques information à propos de la production de vos jeux Dragon Keeper - the dungeon. Les figurines sont faites, et le reste de la production est en cours. L'assemblage commencera dans quelques jours, début Septembre. 

Les exemplaires de pré-production n'étaient pas satisfaisant esthetiquement et il nous a fallut trouver une meilleur solution pour la fabrication des plateaux. Maintenant, une bonne solution a été trouvée mais cela a provoqué un peu de retard. 

Vos exemplaires seront disponibles à Essen mi Octobre et le dispatching commencera à partir de là et pendant le mois de Novembre. Il sera fait par l'équipe expérimenté de Philibert. 

 Je souhaitais vous signaler également que nous allions procéder à l'encaissement des frais de port enregistré sur le Pledge Manager. Si toutefois vos informations bancaires ont changées, veuillez au plus vite les mettre à jour. Merci.
